A lovely property with lots of lovely little touches. Well thought out and had everything we needed and more. Beautiful setting, a very helpful host and the added bonus of some delicious bread. We'd definitely stay again.

Pretty much everything and I am quite fussy!
I arrived, parked easy, walked towards hotel door, a lady saw me coming and immediately came and held the door open for me, took me to check in, checked me in and within 1 minute I'm in my room. It really couldn't have been any better.
Room was very nice. More traditional which is nice these days. Couldn't really fault it.
Shower room was nice, clean although a little cold.
Bar area is very cosy, service good. Prices not too bad either for a hotel.
Going out in Sandbach was better than I thought it would be. Nice pub around the corner, the Welles & Cross. Then I tried Kans Chinese which although quiet, was very very good. Try it if you like a nice Chinese.
Slep was good, I noticed it was very quiet but at 06.30 I was woken by chairs being arranged under my room. No biggie as I would be awake by then anyway.
Breakfast started well but in the end I waited 35 minutes before food came. I thought that was a little slow but I was in no hurry and so I see it as a relaxed start to the day.
Check out was easy. I mentioned the breakfast wait and the lady took the breakfast cost off the bill. I said I was happy to pay because the breakfast really was superb (full English) but she insisted. A nice touch.
So summary is, go here because it really is very good.

Great Location not too far from Oulton Park Race Circuit. Friendly staff, King Suite was better than we expected.
The jacuzzi in the bedroom is a nice touch. Restaurant food was great. We highly recommend this place.

It was beautifully presented and felt very homely. The host had put a lot of thought into what guests may need for their stay. There was ample room for the three of us and it was so nice we decided to stay in and have a Chinese takeaway and have a good catch up around the dining table. The location was great, just a couple of minutes walk to the town centre, which had lots of cafes, pubs, shops and a great market.
For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
Friendly staff, delicious food, close to canals, a country retail park, home cooking, very clean bathroom and bedroom. Tea and coffee in the rooms. Easy parking, location to middlewich and nantwich
Friendly landlady and locals. The pub is of the old fashioned type that I like serving great locally brewed ale. Location is super with great walks along the canal. The local Italian restaurant is first class. For a one night stop over it is ideal and reasonably priced.
Really good breakfast! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Room was large enough for two, spotless, and free tea and coffee was provided in the room. Shower pressure was strong, which is always a positive! Chose the location as it was a 10 minute drive to a wedding venue.
