The room was comfortable, Good location on a working farm. Staff lovely to talk to and very attentive. There was an excellent choice for breakfast, homemade muesli and granola amongst other cereals and the cooked breakfast was amazing.

Really comfortable big bed. Very clean. Lovely shower. Perfect for our needs. Great location near canal and very central to Lymm. We had wedding to attend at Statham Lodge hotel and could walk from the unit easily.

The apartment was absolutely fabulous, decor, location and how friendly and helpful the hosts were. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and to top that in the very centre of lymm. I thought that I could not want for more but after a fabulous shower opened the draw to find a good hairdryer and straighteners bonus! Love this place and would definitely recommend. A cosy and very clean apartment in the centre of town. Instructions on checking in were as super clear as the mirrors in the apartment! Bed is very comfortable and warm. Public outdoor parking around the corner is a convenient walk and cheap. Walking distance to shops, coffee and pubs.
