I liked the gates at the front, i felt very secure, the back garden was nice and big with clothes liners which was helpful to hang clothes outside also nice little snacks left in a basket in the kitchen!

The location was ideal for us as it was close to family and friends and shops and places we needed to go to.

Good location, the bed was comfy and the kitchen had all the necessary items, I enjoy my stay with my family. The host was very helpful and I had a parking space as promised which made life very easy.
Perfect location, landlord on hand instantly with any questions or help needed. Saved a parking space outside for our later arrival. Properly was big and comfortable for us all.
Ideal for a budget short stay. Close to Lye station with links to most of the West Midlands. Room well looked after and everything worked. Pub downstairs punches above its weight food-wise and other eating options are a short stroll away.
Breakfast was really good. The staff responded readily to specific requests. The location is very near to the train station, making it ideal to commute into Birmingham and further afield. The price is great compared to other similar offerings in the area.
