Location was very good and suited our visit to the area very well indeed. The added bonus of facilities for breakfast made the stay even more acceptable and gave a good start to our day.

This simple bed and breakfast was very close to the M1. It’s a good location if you’re travelling up or down Britain. The room was simple, clean and quite cheap. I only briefly saw the owner and she was friendly.
The perfect location for me when I came for the week for a training course with work. Quite location with all the facilities I needed. I did not have time to look around the lakes or the café but all the area was very clean and tidy. I would book again to come and stay for work or to come and look around the area which looked very nice.
