Three of us stayed in the Double Room with Garden View (double bedroom plus a sofa bed in adjoining room). The accommodation was in a lovely annex to the main building and was spacious and spotless. It's in a fantastic setting in the village of Flore and we enjoyed the 25 minute walk to the Narrowboat pub on the Grand Union canal before eating in the White Hart in the village. Breakfast was excellent in the morning.

We were expecting a large room with a small kitchen area. When we arrived we were greeted by very friendly staff. Shown to our room which was a double room apartment in a converted barn.
It was fantastic, breakfast was supplied, bed was large and comfortable. We were so impressed with everything.

Fantastic location near a large village and a wonderful room. We were provided with an early breakfast from the host because we were away too early for the lovely looking cooked breakfast. I thought that was so lovely!
We loved the location, the decor, the comfort and the general atmosphere. It's an ideal location for walking, and not too far from the local amenities. Host we was excellent - helpful but not intrusive. We appreciated the flexibility for a later checkout. Great breakfast too.
The proprietors were helpful and friendly. They were accommodating about our bicycles and advised on the best place to eat locally. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. The breakfast was generous and well-cooked. In all great value.
