Well located, a short walk to shops and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful with excellent local knowledge. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and a good shower. There is plenty of choice at breakfast, all delicious. Would definitely recommend.

We were welcomed by the lovely Iona who helped make our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The rooms are beautiful and homely, and are immaculately presented. We were able to use the riverside terrace before a private party arrived. Mike even kindly offered us the opportunity to stay longer. The property itself has a wonderful history which we took the opportunity to read up on via the information folders available in the hall. We can't thanks Mike, Iona and the team for making us most welcome in this fabulous property. It will now be our second home for when we visit the Perthshire area in the future
For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
Great facilities, fantastic location. We had a problem with the heating on the 2nd night and it was sorted immediately. Even though it was past 8pm the hosts arranged for a local plumber to come at once and sort out the issue.
