We loved the location and the friendliness of the staff. The rooms are large and spotless.
The lady on reception with the coloured hair, sorry I didn’t get her name, was one of the best receptionists I have ever met. Nothing was a problem and she had a great sense of humour. A credit to the hotel.

Lovely location, right on the shore. Hotel has a garden area practically on the beach! Our room looked over the sea, beautiful sunrise in the mornings. Room very nicely decorated and had plenty of space. Very, very peaceful. Staff friendly and helpful.

Emily was incredible helpful and kind. She even provided a takeaway breakfast as we had to leave very early. Nice and quiet and amazing wildlife all around.

We based ourselves at Oakbank farm with our bikes for 3 days, perfect setup and big shed to store bikes. The shore road leading to Oakbank is stunning and we were able to watch the seals every day. Great apartment and location and we will definitely stay again when we visit Arran.

The communal kitchen facilities were excellent. Very useful well equipped and kept very clean and tidy. Also lovely garden and view. Great location and base for exploring the island.

The location great, cottage itself great however not all beds were made up for arrival and late entry meant wasnt dealt with till next day. Bathroom could do with deep clean as shower head and round taps not very clean. On reading reviews in visitors book there were no nice surprises of Proseco left for us so was a little disappointed. Place looks small from outside but inside very very surprised on size of accommodation, very big, good family accommidation and outlook fabulous. We love Arran.
