Lovely location, surrounded by farm land. We stayed to break up a road trip from Scotland to Kent. We would stay again. Hugh is a wonderful host, very helpful and serves a delicious cooked breakfast with homemade breads and jam.

Cozy, clean and comfortable accommodation with private parking. Julia and Tony could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and relaxing with added unexpected touches that made us feel at home. Wonderful breakfast with superb local and homemade produce (make sure you try Tony's marmalades). Just lovely and would beat a path to their door to stay again :)

The place was in a good location as it was quiet and there was loads of parking out the front.
The place its self was lovely, nicely decorated and the staff were welcoming.
My room was nicely decorated and seemed to be clean.
It did have a bath tub and a shower you could hold to have a shower which is annoying but first world problems!
Very clean , lovely comfortable beds . We wanted a nice chilled out night away in a quiet location. It was our second stay there. The breakfast is beautiful, plenty of choice for all tastes . We had a lovely meal in the evening . everything was cooked to perfection. Will definitely return
.Ideal first time location for us working at Messingham,Scawby and Kirton in Lindsey. Will definitely stay again when in the area.
Staff friendly and very obliging.Breakfast good.Evening meal exceptional.
Bed very comfortable.Clean and fresh linen and good towels.
Lovely peacfull location, friendly staff and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was nice with a good choice. The bathroom was absolutely spotlessly clean and the shower was excellent.
Location was ideal for our trip. Friendly and helpful staff. Recent and ongoing process of being renovated. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We ate on both nights of our stay plus breakfasts, the food was very good and a little different from the normal pub menu, ie Game Pie, Halibut etc. they were more than happy to substitute items if you wished. Only one hand pumped ale on offer (Lancaster Bomber), but it was very well kept and good. Comfortable room and facilities overall.
