An exceptional property where no expense has been spared to make their visitors comfortable. Beautiful welcome hamper on arrival (we couldn’t eat it all!), spotlessly clean and very, very comfortable; a true home from home. The added parking was greatly appreciated. Michelle couldn’t do enough for us and really deserves 20 out of 10 to be honest!!! We will definitely return.

Lock view cottage is only a 10 minute walk to St Botolphs and the Market square.. we were only visitng for one night, stopping over for a journey on to the north.. We really liked the central area o Boston around the church and would like to return to see more. the cottage has been decorated to a high standard and furnished with good quality furniture and appliances. It was an attractive and comfortable place to stay.

Linda, her husband and son who own the property are lovely, very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Room really clean, toiletries, towels and tea/coffee facilities topped up regularly and the bed is super comfy! Also there is a handy kitchenette on the landing that is shared that has a microwave, fridge, spare mugs, condiments, cutlery and complementary cereals, snacks and Milk.
Gutted I’ve been so busy this time I visited as would have loved to come to karaoke with you guys!

Twitter barn has been finished to an exceptional standard. It's clear that the owners have gone to a great deal of effort in ensuring that guest comfort is guaranteed and that the property is extremely well equipped. The view from the barn is beautiful and we saw lots of wildlife roaming around. There was nothing missing or that we needed and the communication from Louise and Geoff, the owners, was brilliant.
The location was perfect for our needs, it was quiet and safe. Access was relatively easy, the facilities gave us everything we needed and the host was extremely friendly and helpful.
The property was fitted out with everything you could need. Everything was spotless and the fittings and fixtures were luxurious. It was in a quiet and beautiful location although still close enough to reach the nearest village by car. Our family enjoyed our stay there immensely.
The barn has been fitted and decorated to a pretty high spec. It was so quiet and peaceful and made for a relaxing break. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Our bedroom with the king size bed was a very good size and the ensuite was lovely and the walk in shower is huge.
Louise was there to meet us. Lovely barn conversion. Everything we needed. A downstairs loo was great for my elderly mum!
High spec throughout. Very clean
