Really impressed with this hotel can't fault the quality of the fixtures and fittings in the rooms aided by the enthusiasm of the hotel staff. Ideally situated for Lytham St. Anne's and Blackpool.
Just check whens it's matchday as the place can be busy.

The breakfast was excellent its the first time my wife said it rated a 10 (She had the Italian Breakfast) well worth the money. The location and easy street parking was great very safe area with great Bars and Restaurant's. The Beds comfortable bedding is great which mean's you get a goods night sleep. The Host is a gent very friendly with loads of local information!

Location was everything. Lots to do nearby. The breakfast was very large would be nice to be asked large or small. The small would have been good value for the price paid. Host nothing was too much trouble and very chatty.

Georgia at Reception was very professional and friendly and she went out of her way to help us.
Emily who served breakfast is a credit to the hotel. She was on her own taking orders, serving food, making coffee and clearing tables. She did this professionally and with a smile on her face. Management need to look at staff levels as Emily had far too much to deal with.
Lovely spacious property as described. Very convenient (and quiet) location for our trip and ideal for us as we wanted to be able to chill at end of our day.
All bedrooms were very comfy. Lounge spacious and we enjoyed sitting there and watching a family movie.
