The owner Linda was really lovely, helpful and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and had a lovely sea view. Very nice external bathroom (short walk between room and bathroom, no problem at all) and bath robes provided which is a nice touch. Great home-cooked breakfast. All around a very pleasant stay!

Recommend for short and long stays.
Very clean, nicely decorated, 3 bathrooms, well appointed kitchen and appliances. The location is quiet. We would definitely come back if visiting Crail and St. Andrews again. Highly recommend.
2nd time I've been to Scotchacre and it won't be the last. Ideal location for the beach, Cambo house (beautiful walks to both), the friendly local pub and the bus to St Andrews or Crail. The property itself is fresh, modern, comfortable with everything you'll need for a lovely stay. The weather was fantastic, so we were able to have breakfast in the garden and sit outside at night. Looking forward to going back!
Spacious, spotlessly clean with lovely decor throughout. Felt really homely. Generous bathroom essentials and nice towels. High standard property...hence sold out most of the summer!
In a brilliant location.
2 ensuite rooms upstairs and separate from bedroom downstairs with bathroom was ideal for my Family.
Spacious dining room and lounge with TV in each room enabled splitting of gatherings too.
Ideal location for our needs too.
Very clean and well kitted out. Even sharp kitchen knives! Great location - quiet, easy walk to the beach, and very convenient for exploring the rest of the Fife coast. Rooms were a good size, lovely bathrooms and good living space.
The house was amazing, very clean and comfortable. With close location to the beach, villages and St Andrews. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate in booking again.
