The cottage was great and the village is lovely. Nice quiet location and handy for Elie and the Fife coastline. The cottage was very clean and the host left some food essentials for us which was lovely. Would definitely recommend. The host Cheryl was great at communicating with us before the stay and rearranged the bedroom into 2 single beds rather than the super king-size which was really helpful and she also provided information about electric car chargers locally.
Exceptional location; well appointed facilities in our villa; very clean with a high standard of accessories i.e. crockery, towels, towelling gowns etc. Only downside were the beds. The males in the group were both 6’ 3”, so larger beds with softer mattresses would have been nice. Overall, though, a really first class place to stay.

Has swimming pool tennis snooker all free and a on-site shop

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was a garden room which was spotless, spacious and comfortable. Had dinner food was lovely. Breakfast was included and was excellent quality. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Location great. Plenty to do on site and the surrounding area. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Will definitely stay again.
Food was very good, room very clean. Good location as a base to explore Fire. Although we didn't use the leisure facilities there was plenty choice if we wanted too.
Lovely estate which has beautiful grounds and is very clean. It's a picturesque place to be staying. The villa was lovely and spotless.
Great staff at reception and the bistro which had a great choice of menu.
Although we didn't use the swimming pool it looked very inviting. We will pack swim wear next time we visit
Kilconquhar never disappoints. Clean comfortable room. Delicious food both at Bistro and Lindsay Rooms. The grounds are beautiful. Best of all the wonderful staff. Warm welcome from the very helpful reception ladies. Staff in the Bistro and Lindsay Room were amazing. A great bunch of interesting young people. Gentleman who cleaned our room great. The location is ideal for discovering East Neuk. Thanks to all.
Enjoyed a lovely stay in one of the estate's lodges. The lodge was very clean and comfortable and had lots of space for relaxing. The ideal location for a self catering break. My guests and I didn't use the restaurant but I'm sure the facilities there will be of a high standard too. Would highly recommend for a relaxing break!
