Really comfortable and spacious room. Kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Really appreciated that there was a dishwasher and that the room was regularly cleaned. Staff were so friendly and helpful and we really liked that coffee and tea were available all day for free. Breakfast was brilliant - Really substantial.

Renovated in 2021, modern and fresh. On direct bus route to Newcastle City Centre - we chose this hotel so we didn't have to navigate town and spend on car parking. Breakfast buffet is good and the breakfast menu is wide-ranging, even including kedgeree.

The location was brilliant and the style of the apartment was very much in keeping with the building the lounge in particular was very stylish.

We really liked the apartment it was very clean and well equipped in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Location is also good only a 5 minute taxi to city centre. The host was also very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a fantastic apartment in an ideal location. It felt cosy, yet spacious. It was immaculately clean with plenty of cooking utensils. It was very quiet and parking was easy.
