Amazing. Absolutely stunning views. Every one who walks past greats you with a hello. Beach is on the doorstep. Asda is just a 5min walk along the road. And the flat itself was warm, spacious and very accommodating. Did i mention the views!!

Lovely location. Very clean and nice and warm. We only stayed one night so didn’t use the fridge or microwave but a great facility for longer stays.
Having the restaurants and pub very close was ideal as was the beach park and harbour to enjoy the beautiful views.
Fantastic place. Well maintained. Location could not be better. Close to the beach, shops and train station. Microwave and fridge in the budget double. Bed was very comfortable, high quality mattress and bedding, warm and very clean. Rooms serviced daily. Staff are lovely. Very accomadating.

W.e stayed in a room above the bar which was rocking on arrival, once in our room we could not hear the noise which was great. The view over the Harbour was great. Great value for money and a tranquil location. Very pleasant staff and easy to deal with. Very clean room
The location was excellent and the room was decorated to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. It was much cheaper than other properties in the local area and communication with the host excellent. The cuisine in the local pub/restaurant (The Ship) was excellent. It was also nice to be able to relax in a sheltered outside space. We had no road noise or noise from outside in the downstairs back room. Lots of free parking immediately outside.
Ideal location: beach, high street and shopping centre within walking distance. A couple of nice cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. Train station is more or less right next to the hotel. Welcome basket in the room on arrival contained some lovely goodies. Room was spotless. Easy check in with PIN code. Will definitely stay there again when visiting family in Irvine
