Lovely property, brilliant location, hosts nice, breakfast brilliant, bed really comfy and nice pillows, tea and coffee in rooms with the added extra of bottles of water, juice, biscuits and sweets which was a nice touch. No parking but not a problem as just down the road there are car parks at £1.90 for 4 hours which charge from 08:00 - 18:00 so free overnight. Would definitely recommend and stay over again.

Absolutely stunning view from this cottage! It is right beside, almost underneath, the iconic and awe-inspiring Knaresborough viaduct, with the river quietly flowing below. And the view from the cottage in the evenibg is especially unbelievable! We have never had such a peacefully quiet, serene place outside our windows at night. The pink room is tastefully decorated with a super comfy bed and fluffy (not flat!) pillows.
Well-placed just 0.5 miles from central Harrogate, Scotia House is directly opposite the Harrogate International Conference Centre.

The room was very smart, clean and spacious.
It is so close to the town centre so perfect for exploring the town or for those attending the convention centre (opposite).
The owners were welcoming and friendly.
