Our 2nd visit.Extremely welcoming. Owner was at the door with seconds of arriving. Explained everything we needed to know about breakfast and parking. £5 for 2 days parking outside the property. Our bag was carried to our room for us which was a nice touch. Our room had a lovely sea view. Breakfast was of very high standard as on our previous visit. Cannot fault this place and we will definitely be going back for another visit. Thankyou again

it was clean and the room was lovely dressed. modern without trying too hard, all good quality. bed was comfy and temperature was just right.
