The apartment is bright and airy. It was pretty warm in the apartment, despite being late September, so we didn't need the heating. We even opened the windows through the night.
We found the bed comfortable, but it is very low, so anyone with mobility issues might struggle; it is also just a standard double (feels small when you're used to King size).
The apartment was well soundproofed - we didn't hear any sound from lifts, corridors, neighbours, etc.
The bathroom was a decent size and well equipped. The kitchenette was ideal and stocked with coffee and milk, etc. and condiments.
The host, Christine, was very helpful and also notified us that the apartment was available earlier than expected.
The location was ideal for us, as we didn't have to negotiate the city centre. We also had a nice walk along the canal. A Tesco Express is just adjacent to the building, and a Pizza Express is 100 yards away next to the Royal Armoury building.
All in all, a value for money stay.

Lovely home from home when I needed it in an emergency. Andrea and Shona were absolutely amazing and supportive and I really don't know what I would've done without them - especially Andrea! I've never been so glad to see tea and coffee upon my arrival. House was immaculate, my little dachshund absolutely loved the bean bag bed! Bed was comfortable, sofa was comfortable. It had everything I needed. Lovely canal walk really close by and in a perfect spot to get to St James Hospital and other parts of Leeds. Will definitely be staying again! Thank you once again ladies for giving me one less thing to worry about!

We had a great stay in this very nice modern apartment. It is ideal if you want to spend time while in Leeds at the Royal Armouries (highly recommended) which are on the doorstep, but it is also an easy and pleasant walk along the river into town. The location is peaceful, it is lovely to wake up and see the canal and have breakfast on the balcony. The host could not have been more helpful, they kept in touch and responded immediately to any queries.
Wow! What can I say. Exceptional stay and hosts. The apartment was spotless and everything we needed. The communication from the hosts was incredible- from the lock key box to where the towels are stored. The beds were amazing and so comfortable. The neighbours where quiet and friendly. The location is great for central Leeds and taxis were easy to call and quick to arrive. I would 100% stay here again.
