The location was exactly right for us. The food was excellent and the accommodation very clean.
The atmosphere was congenial. The staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant.
Good communication regarding accessing the property and I was met by the kind and friendly owner. Lovely accommodation, spacious and very clean room and bathroom. Plenty of places to put clothes and belongings. I didn't have breakfast but there was a good selection of cereals, toast and fruit etc. I could have helped myself to whatever I wanted. In a lovely location, a little bit out of the way but I was easily able to get a taxi for where I needed to go
Staff were fantastic, good value for money on the deal I got, good location, it's an ok hotel and good for the price, food was ok, not gourmet but you get a lot for your money....my review would not have been a good as one if it wasn't for the staff, they are holding that hotel together, really, really great Staff!!!
Absolutely lovely grounds, well preserved and got this on a special deal so the price was very reasonable for the quality of this location. Staff were very friendly and the room was spotless and comfortable. The Indian cuisine is probably the best I’ve had so far and the service was fantastic
Staff extremely helpful. Location ideal easy access to London. Comfortable room. I did not eat at the Raven but from what I saw when having a drink the food looked very nice.
I think the Raven does meet expectations
