Location was very good and suited our visit to the area very well indeed. The added bonus of facilities for breakfast made the stay even more acceptable and gave a good start to our day.

The annex is clean, comfortable, modern and stylish with high quality fixtures, fittings and appliances. We enjoyed our two night stay there. The owner Lee was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect accommodation, spotless and had everything needed to hand. The location is within an easy 10 stroll into town which has many lovely historic buildings and all the amenities you could require.
The hosts are friendly but happily give you space but available for help or advice should the need arise.
Location is central and easily accessible.
Plenty of parking on site for all guests.
Staff were friendly though as usual not enough on duty to deal with so many guests.
Restaurant is always clean and tidy
Good location, spa area nice a clean although shower cublices need refreshing. Standard double room nice and clean but a little small. Had to request a few items from housekeeping which was dealt with promptly and by polite staff. Good breakfast although room service menu had more options. Would definitely stay again, I would just ensure there are no events taking place!
The property was ideally located for us in Hinkley, where we needed to be for one night. Easy to find and a short taxi ride from the village centre. Free on site parking. Exceptional welcome from Rachel the owner, friendly and helpful. Large room with plenty of storage, big wall mounted TV, drinks making facilities and plenty of light in the room. Good blackout curtains. Lovely touches like snacks and fruit. Very clean, with good quality bedding and furniture. Rachel clearly goes the extra mile to make guests feel welcome.
