Great value for money lovely option of eggs off a lovely lady at breakfast lots of tech in room which was surprising . The decking was quite slippy which is obvious but could do with a spruce up but for £70 brilliant ! Late checkout is a bonus. Not mean with the amount of tea coffee and milk which is refreshing so thank you.

First impressions on arrival were very impressive, the owner greeted me warmly and took me to my room which was excellent.
Fabulous comfy bed, plenty of tea, coffee and milk.excellent shower and so peaceful.
Family live close by so the location was perfect for me.

Loved the area very nice and quiet and Elfel the owner is really nice and helpful with great communication throughout. The two lovely black labs that greeted us on arrival was nice and they are big softys that just want some cuddles and maybe a treat 😂 rooms where very clean and under floor heated was lovely will be back again soon.
The rooms are very clean, lovely and warm and I did not feel I was in anyone's way. In particular I like the shower room - that it is tiled. Everything in the right place.
Lovely property and staff, in a quiet location although still in close proximity to shops if you forget something, bed was extremely comfy and all was very clean, no complaints at all.
