Absolutely gorgeous, cozy studio! High spec finish and completely spotless! Really comfortable bed. Thoughtful touches provided such as books, biscuits, and juice cartons in the fridge.
Steve and Chris are lovely hosts, extremely welcoming and accommodating.
The studio is a 5 minute walk to the promenade, which goes through to Morecambe.

Dave was excellent, welcoming, helpful and really nice. Close to Heysham for IOM ferry. Perfect. Good breakfast too. Everything very clean and tidy - excellent.

The staff at The Royal couldn't do enough for us. They ensured that our stay was nothing less than excellent. We were a group of 4 friends placed in 2 rooms in the old stable conversion, it was fantastic! The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the bed and the shower were lovely, we were also given a variety of cereals. In the hallway was a fridge with milk, orange juice and yoghurts and on the top of this was a great big basket of fruit, all complimentary of course. We will definitely be back again, thank you Lily and your team ❤️

The caravan was extremely comfortable and spacious. It was spotlessly clean and well furnished. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed and more. Felt like a home from home. The location on the site had great sea views and ideal if you have a dog as there is a large grassed area in front, a coastal walk and also a lovely nature reserve a few minutes walk away. The owner kept in touch to check if everything was ok, and even sent very helpful videos of how to work the boiler, gas bottles etc.
