We had a slight problem with our satnav which sent us up an uneven dirt track, however Cassie was on the other end of the phone to direct us with directions which was great, Mark met us at the hut and could not apologise enough for the satnav directions, he was very very welcoming and charming explained everything to us. That evening we contacted Cassie to enquire if the hut was available for an extra night as we loved it so much, unfortunately the hut was already booked the following night however Cassie did offer us a beautiful double room with ensuite in the house for the extra night which we were over the moon with and accepted. The setting was amazing, the views of the countryside just went on and on, and they told us we can walk anywhere on their land even among their sheep in the fields, We had beautiful weather which was a bonus and such a relaxing and happy stay. It did not end there Breakfast was absolutely yummy, a proper Fresh Farmers full English breakfast all locally sourced with free range eggs, with fresh continental as well, we would highly recommend these great hosts and B&B wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Cassie and Mark for everything.

We were attending a wedding and David coud not have been more accommodating and helpful. We were able to pick up a key early Accomadation exactly as described. We loved our breakfast which included an amazing damson and strawberry compote. Would definitely recommend.

When I return to Silverstone I will be looking here to book again because being 10 minutes from the track, with a perfect breakfast AND a comfy large bed, what more can you really ask for at £80 a night?

Good size, excellent shower, comfortable bed, nice kitchenette, had heating and a fan if needed, easily accessible to roads. Karen had even included take away menus. Everyone friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect for our trip to the area as it was easily accessible from the major routes, but in such a quiet, secluded location. The property is beautifully finished and our hosts were so friendly and amenable. A comfortable room overlooking a private, mature garden allowed us to relax and unwind.

Astwell Mill is set in a beautiful location and the hosts were amazing. They were very quick on replying to messages before our stay and.then couldn't have made us feel more welcome if they'd tried while we were there.
Breakfast was superb. Choice of cereals & fresh fruit. Cooked breakfast was plentiful, fresh & definitely among the best we have had on our travels. Vegetarian options too. Superb location in the countryside, with a great view of the pond & wildlife,
The location is perfect for a relaxing break. The hut is really cosy and has everything that you could need. The bed is very comfortable. The hosts were really friendly and always happy to help.
Lovely location and absolutely fabulous hosts! Couldn't do enough for us and we were very last minute guests, they have some lovely animals too and cassie walked us round and showed us them, we were even allowed to hold a baby lamb! We would highly recommend a stay and we will be back

Lovely bedroom, such a comfortable bed and the house is in a beautiful setting. Breakfast cooked to how you like your eggs - yes even perfectly poached eggs :) Ideal location for Silverstone, also within driving distance of Warwick Castle. Was lovely to visit there again. Will be back!
