A warm welcome from Michelle gave us the perfect start for a perfect stay. Room clean and well equipped. In the morning we had a perfect Scottish breakfast… the haggis was delicious!! Dave served us and made us feel at home at the farm. Breakfast is all local produce and you can taste the freshness and purity. We had s lovely chat with people in the breakfast room. So far.. the highlight of our holiday.

The caravan was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The location was excellent, close some lovely beaches and not far from Montrose for shopping etc.

What a wonderful place to stay. The hosts are the best. Breakfast is excellent. Beds are comfortable. Room was a good size. Close to town to walk in for a feed.
Parking available on the street. Hint, don’t park under the tree out front. The birds will make you regret it.

Board walk around the beach was so calming and had a walk every day and was a shortcut to town centre.

the building is both unusual and lovely. Its in a walled garden and very private, with a deer park outside the wall, its a location you just don't find very often. the decoration inside is well done, and the place feels welcoming and luxurious.

Great transport links to Stonehaven, Aberdeen,
¹and Montrose.Very handy for the Harbour Bar and Quayside Restaurant. Brilliant fishmongers, too, on the pier. Lovely welcome from Emma, the owner. Short journey to Inverbervie with excellent shops. Saw a whale in the bay one evening!
Location is great for exploring the whole of Aberdeenshire. Accommodation is amazing and like a home from home. Has everything you can think of you will need. Spotless and lovely decoration. You will even spot the dolphin's jumping in the sea out the windows . Emma the host is fab and great for any info you might need on your stay.
