Breathtaking surroundings. One of the best places we ever stayed at. Never saw stars so bright as this is at a remote location with no light pollution. House is amazing and was perfect for the seven of us. Would definitely come back again.

Location was minutes from Portree and felt more rural than staying in town. Hosts were exceptional and everything was perfect. You can walk the grounds and see the Old Man of Storr from the road, and have mountain views at the doorway. Excellent location, excellent hosts, above and beyond!

This was cozy caravan style home situated near loch. Our host, Johnny, was very helpful and friendly. Even though it was quite outside from city centre he did provide all basic things and snacks to help us settle down. I would definitely recommend this stay if you would like to get cozy, beautiful stay at fair price

Beautiful and modern apartment with a dreamy water view! Loved the view every morning. Bed was very comfy and the bathroom was fabulous with a waterfall shower. Location is on a quiet inlet but only 3 miles from the main town of Portree. Isle of Skye is very remote, so having the main town of Portree close by was great to go shopping and get something to eat. I highly recommend getting some groceries in the off season months, if you are staying for 3 or more days. Not as many places open to eat, and gets pitch black early…and after a long day of hiking or sightseeing, you will be too tired to go out. It was nice to be able to make some simple meals.

Brook Cottage is such a lovely place to stay! The view out the windows really is special! Beautifully clean, comfy beds, the loveliest host - everything you could possibly need for a home away from home! We had our two children with us and there was also a great selection of DVD’s to keep them happy at night. We loved it so much we extended our stay - would thoroughly recommend!

Excellent full Scottish Breakfast made to order and served in a dining room with views over the bay. Our host was wonderfull and apart from being a great cook she gave us a lot of advice and suggestions for sightseeing and places to eat. The room was very comfortable, a good size, clean and with very good sea and harbour views. Overall an ideal location with a great host. Excellent value for money
