The house was impeccably clean and extremely well equipped. Despite some mediocre weather outside, the house was warm and cosy and the addition of the hot tub added to the overall feeling of comfort and luxury. Gemma had also left a plentiful supply of hot drink supplies as well as the offer of a wee dram (which Kirsty took advantage of). The secure garden was excellent for our dogs. The fact that there was no additional charge for cleaning or for bringing pets was much appreciated. Gemma also provides a welcome book that has all the information visitors could possibly want, including suggested walks and itineraries for various durations of stay. Overall, we can’t recommend Kinnoull House highly enough.

She gave us a lot of information about the island, she got up early in the morning( 5 a.m) to prepare us breakfast as we had our ferry by that time, she was always smiling and very attentive.
