The room was excellent and clean with very little sound disturbance from neighbouring rooms. Food at dinner was excellent, but booking early is necessary to avoid a late time. Breakfast was generally good, but let down a little on service and more so by a lack of fresh fruit.

The room was much more spacious than we were expecting and the decor was nice and full of comfort. The owner and family were very friendly and gave us great advice for seeing dolphins from Spittal beach, which we did see. The location was really good as well with Spittal beach being accessible straight out of the back door and there being plenty of parking out the front.

Lovely breakfast cooked to order. The staff (Jade) were very lovely.

Beautiful location Iovely hosts and well equipped cottage. Views were fantastic and very peaceful location. You won’t be disappointed with the cottage. Lovely beaches nearby to visit too
We stayed here for two nights on our way back from Scotland, We would have loved to have stayed for longer. There was a welcome pack on arrival which included porridge, milk and other goodies which was really nice which we were not expecting. location was great close to Holy Island, Bamburgh castle. Very quiet plenty of wildlife, Hares, Deer and owls. I would highly recommend and would love to stay again.
The cottage was well equipped and very clean. We arrived in the dark in bad weather and the owner couldn't do enough to make us comfortable. The area was very pretty and remote, very quiet.
