Rooms clean and welcoming. Lovely clean towels. Facilities had fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchen sink, hairdryer in each room. Thankful for milk in fridge too. Rooms are not interconnected but are separate rooms next to each other. Nice garden area and patio with shared drive with owners house next door, accessible electric car plug point available. Able to shut gates and block bottom so our dogs could run around in garden which they enjoyed too. Remote location but close access to A roads so restaurants, shops and coast all easily accessed. Nice walk up farm lane over fields near old Windmill. Great was dog friendly.

Wow! Very clean and fresh. Ideal location to visit family in Hove. Quiet location. Comfortable beds and the towels, face cloths and complimentary shower gel/shampoo were a lovely touch. The owners communicated promptly and were very friendly and helpful.
For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
Comfortable and very clean. Nice little patio area to enjoy that morning cuppa. Easy check in with key pad safe for keys. Nice quiet location set just off the road made for a good night sleep

I cannot fault this place….. it was clean / tidy. The Pod was vey nicely finished, the bed very comfy with everything you needed. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were spotless….. apart from a few spiders😂 There were also plenty of options for breakfast……and the stable staff were helping and very friendly.
The hosts were superb. Communication prior to arrival was very good. The property has been designed very tastefully and has all the facilities you would need. It was spotless and with a few little touches (welcome pack - the cheese and crackers were lovely!!) To top it off the host even dropped us off at the wedding venue which was the purpose of our stay. Would definitely return if we are in this area again.
The Dog & Trout is wonderfully clean and comfortable, it feels brand new although has the lovely traditional cottage feel, big bedrooms both with big en-suites. Fluffy towels and lovely bedding. Quality equipment and the log burner was so nice along with the comfy sofa. It really is a home from home. Great location and super lovely hosts. Will definitely be coming back to stay!
Absolutely top class accomodation!! Up market, first cass furniture and fittings. Very clean and queit, with a terrace out the back overlooking the garden. Trust me, you will find it very difficult to find any accomodation as good as this anywhere. Wonderful!!
