Super super clean - smelled fresh and clean, towels and bedsheets smelled so nice (not the usual chemical smell from hotels!). The hosts were very nice, we had everything we needed and could message them in case we wanted anything else. We loved our stay! Big! Spacious. lovely garden and owner was hospitable only downside as there was no TV /Freeview only netflix which wouldn’t be ideal if you dont have Netflix so had to watch Youtube.

The hotel is cheap and basic, but that's exactly what I was expecting. When you are stopping in a budget hotel for work then what you want is clean, comfortable and friendly staff. and that's exactly what I got.
Breakfast was good. Would have preferred a hot breakfast but it was fine. I liked that you could choose what you wanted. The yogurts were particularly nice!
The staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Rooms were spotless and very big!

The Lodge is lovely - great location, beautifully decorated rooms, spotlessly clean. The food in the Clubhouse is very nice. It was our 4th stay here, and very pleased. Would thoroughly recommend.
