Jo was a fantastic host and very welcoming. My room was huge, as was the bathroom. Everything was spotless. The property is extremely handy for the railway station.
In particular my breakfast was absolutely delicious and Jo kindly facilitated a Gluten Free and Vegetarian breakfast. The porridge with stewed fruit was a highlight.

Beautiful room in quiet surroundings including a large garden which can be used by the guests. The room was very clean, with lots of thoughtful details. Amanda is an amazing host, clearly dedicated to make her guests feel at home. Breakfast was very good.
The location is perfect for a stop-over on the way to or from Scotland, since it is very close to the motorway, but still very quite and peaceful.

Very clean high standard. Breakfast is buffet. We had more than enough to eat. This was our second visit. Would recommend.
We liked the location and the proximity to the hotel where we had dinner on the first night. We liked the size of all the rooms especially the bedrooms. The bedding and towels were spotless as were all the dishes in the kitchen.
