Location was great. The rooms were all a great size and the size of the whole property was huge. Unique property but excelleny value for the number of people it can sleep.

Staff so friendly when we arrived and throughout our stay. Dinner and breakfast both superb with great choice and comfortable surroundings. Very clean and well maintained . Our room was spacious with an amazing bathroom. Will definitely return but possibly in the summer to enjoy lovely outdoor areas.

The location and staff were wonderful. Easy to walk around town. The staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was very clean and quiet.

Location ideal for me and my 2 dogs as we headed from Moray Firth down to visit Family & friends at various locations in England. Staff very friendly, parking right under our window, lovely room & facilities.
The tranquil and remote location was ideal for us. We could walk from the house into the beautiful countryside nearby, but we could also drive to Berwick on Tweed or nearby Duns. Ideal for peace and quiet, but not too far from civilisation!
