The property was clean and tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. The walk home from the pub downstairs was just the correct distance!! The pub was very busy but ZERO noise in the apartment and I slept like a baby.

Spotlessly clean, modern B&B within walking distance of all of the main areas of interest in Derry. Kevin was a friendly, welcoming host, very knowledgeable about the area and its history and he even took care of the car parking for us. A map of the area was given to us, along with recommendations for sites to see and places to socialise/eat. The house was like a home from home, with all the mod cons we needed (great shower/plush towels/TV etc) and a lovely fresh breakfast. Thanks Kevin!
