Really good value for money for the space. Property location suited our needs. Well kitted out one bed flat. Friendly and responsive host. Easy check in and out. Comfy bed, although sometimes squeaky on movement. A bit tight around foot of bed on one side, but room and flat had good spaces for bags and belongings. Generous supply of tea, coffee, sugar available in flat on arrival and it was an easy walk to nearby shop for milk and other supplies. Great shower too. Would be happy to stay again :-)

The property was very well located, with great access to the Peak District, local shops and transport. The house itself was very clean and extremely well equipped in the kitchen and bedrooms (lots of utensils and comfortable beds etc). The size of the house was great, as a group of 8 we had plenty of space in the communal areas to all be comfortable and spend time together. The owner was very nice, attentive and great at communicating. 10/10 would recommend.
