The bed was comfortable. The pub attached is characterful and (obviously) sells alcohol which is (obviously) a plus. Friendly staff upon check-in and throughout the evening in the pub. Breakfast was a good bonus, and was of a good quality, although I didn't realise it was included, so had already purchased and brought my own breakfast with me which turned out to be a waste of money. The hotel is in Duns Tew, which is ideal if you need to be in Duns Tew, as I did.

Location, though much noisy than I expected. Not much else, the room was simply too small, and quality of the bed, the furnishings were absolute as cheap and basic as possible. To try and say some positive - plenty of hot water, and shower worked though I couldn’t stand up in the bath, I am only 6 ft
