The cooked breakfast was fine, and quickly served. The lunchtime and evening menus offered a good variety. I had a lovely lunch at a table overlooking the sea. There was a problem with the evening meal, but I was offered a partial refund. All of the staff were friendly, and one member of staff carried my heavy case up to my room. The decor was classic. Everywhere looked spotlessly clean. The location is ideal, on the coast road overlooking the sea and close to a bus stop.

Beautiful location. The rooms looked like they had been recently refurbished and were stylish and very clean. Both twin rooms had sea views. The restaurant was busy, nicely decorated and the food and wine was very good. Welcoming staff and good value for money

First of all, the staff were brilliant, friendly and were super flexible after ferry cancellations disrupted our dates. Gorgeous location as well - just far enough from Brodick to be picturesque and quiet but close enough to send out for supplies! The room was spotless and comfy - the food was very tasty and the portions were generous. Breakfast in particular was marvellous. Generally, the whole place is deceptively spacious and very cosy. Thanks Roger and the team xx

Ideal location for our planned climb up Goat Fell. We stayed in the bunk room - small but perfect for our needs. The staff were lovely - super friendly and good fun. We had dinner in the evening, which was lovely - good menu choices and very reasonably priced wine to accompany! Breakfast was included and cooked to order.

Lovely family feel to the Hotel. A very good selection of whisky and the food is excellent - kudos to the chefs! The team are welcoming and very attentive, and professional. The location is beautiful, convenient and ideal for a weekend getaway or after a well-deserved rest after some rigorous hill-walking/wild camping. Good all-round experience.

great location, fabulous views from garden. The room was small at the very top of the building-but it was reasonably comfortable and very clean. We only stayed one night so it was OK. The hotel is under new ownership and I’d look forward to seeing the promised refurbishments as they develop they did make us very welcome. Very friendly staff. A great breakfast with lots of choice, and good bar food menu. would be happy to return.
