Such a stunning stay, really beautiful little space. Bed was so spacious and comfortable. All useful amenities like kettle with stuff for hot drinks. Communication was great. It was such an easy and appreciated stay.

Great location, short walk to village and tramway. Very peaceful. Very clean caravan, small enclosed deck. Good phone signal and wifi. Nice welcome pack milk, scones, apple juice. The owner was pleasant enough.
Beautiful cottage, very clean, kitchen fully equip, beds comfortable and the location is amazing. Tucked away, but still short drive to the village and to beautiful locations. We visited Beer Cave, Beer coastal walk to Seaton and back, Lyme Regis 17 min drive away.
The layout of the apartment suited us perfectly, it’s very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The location is ideal for local walks especially along the beautiful river. The people in the village were very friendly and there’s so much history to find out about. The shops, Kingfisher pub, the fishmonger and cafes provided great service. We loved the tramway station and enjoyed a fun and informative trip to Seaton.
Very good and very clean, would be good for a family of three to four, if children where the same sex, Or two friends, requiring a bedroom and bathroom each. Good location for visiting the area, and nice pub, and very good fish and chip shop close by. Would stay there again.

Great location, very clean. Sharon and Colin are very friendly, helpful and perfect hosts. The breakfast cooked by Colin each day was exceptional- he clearly takes great care & love with everything he puts on the plate. The ‘single’ room is quite small but with double bed and just enough room on the table for my laptop I was quite comfortable and able to work. Internet was reliable enough for this. All in all excellent value for money and I won’t hesitate to stay again if I’m in Devon (hopefully in autumn!). Thank you both!
very spacious single room - very clean and excellent facilities. super location - easy to walk to the shops and pubs in Colyton and quick drive to Seaton. Staff very friendly and extremely accommodating ( I had an interview and they provided breakfast earlier than the stated times). Easy to find and ample parking. Great value all round- would definitely stay again.
