We had an excellent stay with Rach and John who were delightful and who went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed and were comfortable.
The room was cosy and spotlessly clean, and I have the say the bed was incredibly comfortable, we both had an excellent nights sleep.
The breakfast was exceptional and the location was rural, quiet and relaxing which was what we were looking for. A lovely complimentary basket was in the room and John and Rachel were excellent hosts.

This property was in a beautiful location , the hosts Rachel and John were friendly and very helpful . It was very clean and the decor was beautiful ,we had a wonderful breakfast to starts our day cooked by Rachel . We would definitely go back for another stay .

The cottage is superb. It was extremely clean and was very well equipped. The decor is beautiful. The garden is immaculate. The heating and hot water system is very efficient and the location is handy for Rutland Water, Oakham and surrounding villages and countryside.
The property was outstanding, very clean, beautifully decorated and the quality of all the facilities was exceptional.
Everything that you would want and more was supplied.
