The breakfast provided was a rich continental breakfast in a well stocked selfcatering kitchen (for all the coffee lovers out there: there's a nespresso machine and even a Bialetti <3). The host was very helpful (even with technical and ferry related problems) and we had nice chats. The arrival was a bit unusual due to letting ourselves in and finding our rooms, but nothing I would complain about.

The cottage was comfy and cosy, with everything we needed. The central location was perfect for exploring all over the Uists. The beds were comfortable, the shower was fantastic and the log fire was very welcome after a breezy day out on the islands.
