The room was beautifully clean and well-equipped with plentiful supplies of tea, coffee etc. The view from the room of the river was lovely. Breakfast was delicious, beautifully cooked and plenty of it. Both Noreen and her husband are great hosts; very thoughtful and kind.

Stayed here for a night as I was working in the area that day and left very happy with my stay. Place was clean and spacious, had enough space for me to work & relax and the free tea, coffee and biscuits in the morning was a life saver. The host is super welcoming and friendly. Delighted with our stay at this Hotel. Comfortable room with a great view over the marina basin. Very friendly and efficient staff. Lovely breakfast and of course the rooms are above a pub! We ate in the restaurant for 3 consecutive evenings and thought the food was both very good and reasonably priced.
Finally, the location is ideal for visiting Chatham Historic Dockyard - about a 10 minute walk.
Very cosy! It felt like I was at home, very clean, as shown in the pictures, and located in a great location, less than 2 minutes from the station. The property owner was very clear with the instructions about getting into the studio. I stayed alone for overnight, and I didn't feel unsafe at all. There is a ring door bell for the safety of whoever will be staying there.
Very pleasant staff and comfortable lounge bar area to relax in. Plenty of parking. Location was great. Phone available for taxi to town. Staff very helpful. Room as described clean tidy and comfortable. Communal areas very clean well lit and well maintained.
