Such a stunning stay, really beautiful little space. Bed was so spacious and comfortable. All useful amenities like kettle with stuff for hot drinks. Communication was great. It was such an easy and appreciated stay.

Before reviewing this wonderful place I must just warn you about using a sat nav to get there. Don't, you'll regret it. Set your sat nav destination as Shave Cross. When you get there, then set Copse Farm.
We were greeted by the lovely Charlie who mad us tea and biscuits. We had a lovely chat before seeing our fantastic room. We drove to Shave Cross for dinner then back for a really good night's sleep. When we went down, Charlie was hard a work making us a very home grown breakfast.
Perfect place to stay. Perfect host. Highly recommended

Beautifully decorated and with every facility you could want. The patio doors were just perfect in the beautiful weather we were having. We had a lovely walk to Lyme Regis by the river. Directions were very welcome and easy to follow. We hope to visit again!

We found the property very cosy, welcoming and very doggy friendly. Everything has been thought of for a comfy stay including doggy bin in the garden area, bowels for them to drink etc. We were also given tips on local places to view and eat by the hosts which we really appreciated. The property has a lovely view of the Dorset coastline and Esther ensured we had everything we needed. In addition, the location is very ideal as the beach is about a 10-15 minute walk from the property.
We were given a very warm welcome by Jane - a very friendly atmosphere. We were particularly grateful to be given a downstairs room as we have mobility problems. The location was ideal just near the beach. The breakfast was excellent and the room was clean and the beds comfortable.
1) Location was superb. Only stayed here as original booking in Lyme Regis had building works and cancelled. This worked v much in our favour as LR is 2-1/ mile walk or 10-min bus ride, and Charmouth was so much less touristy. (2) comfortable and easy to feel at home, with spacious lounge area and thoughtful honesty bar and local info. (3) on-site parking, safe, close and free. (4) was spotlessly clean. (5) hosts and staff so friendly and lovely. (6) had twin room. (7) affordable.
