Fantastic welcome and shown to the room. Received an explanation of how to get in and out of the building and location of things in the room.

Being able to come and go without disturbing anyone. The locality was perfect for us. The owners were helpful, friendly and responded quickly to any queries. There were some thoughtful extras, such as milk in the fridge and tea bags. The Nest was just what we needed.
For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
Location was great for us to be close to family and the biking event my husband was there for.
We used the automated checkin which was easy to use.
Room size was reasonable & had everything we needed.
Breakfast was ok too.
The pool was great and not too busy with very clean changing rooms.
Absolutely lovely spot! We booked this quote last minute after getting tickets to a gig in Manchester and struggled to find a decently priced family room that would accept dogs. This place was perfect! The dinner in the pub was gorgeous, friendly staff and quick service. The room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The breakfast was incredible, so much choice. And the location was ideal for heading out on long walks. Absolutely highly recommend. Thanks again, we'll be back!
Room was expansive and very clean. Staff was very helpful. The location of the hotel fits in with my preference of travel. I love the serenity and ambience of the hotel location. Absolutely loved it.
The property was clean and finished well. Everything was exactly as pictured and the house was furnished beautifully.
Location is ideal for shopping at the markets and well placed near a supermarket.
The location. Nothing more.
Think I've been really generous with a 3.
Paying over £100 for a 1 night stay and not even having the basic amenities of cleanliness and comfort is just beyond unacceptable. Even really basic hotels like hotels 24/7, and travel lodge get these right and are normally cheaper or on par. A HUGE let down for the brand of Best Western! A brand that historically I've loved and trusted. Unfortunately I will now in future look for a more standardised brand such as Premier Inn or travel lodge.
