Our 2nd visit.Extremely welcoming. Owner was at the door with seconds of arriving. Explained everything we needed to know about breakfast and parking. £5 for 2 days parking outside the property. Our bag was carried to our room for us which was a nice touch. Our room had a lovely sea view. Breakfast was of very high standard as on our previous visit. Cannot fault this place and we will definitely be going back for another visit. Thankyou again

We stayed in one of the cottages last year and were so impressed that we returned this year. It was a different cottage but the quality was equally good.
These little houses are equipped and beautifully presented as homes, with quality furnishings.
For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
The caravan was nice, the bedding was spotlessly clean, and everything you needed for your stay was provided.
The hot tub was clean, but not all jets were working. It was not a massive problem as it was lovely and warm.
The location is nice and quiet and only a 10 minute drive to Scarborough.
Love the location ideal to get to everywhere and the interior is exquisite, really clean and comfortable. Picturesque views of the countryside, we even seen real wild baby deer upon arrival in the field below near the lake.
