Impossible to find fault. The only thing I noticed was a tiny washer on the toilet lock which may have been loose. But who cares. Rare to find somewhere so perfect. Will use again

This is a very beautiful apartment with lovely furnishings and lots of nice extras (tea bags, coffee etc). It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Although on a main road it was extremely quiet. The heating worked perfectly. It was really convenient for catching our ferry from Poole.

Lovely place, great location, parking, quiet road and made to feel incredibly welcome. Lovely tea and scones on arrival, comfy bed, warm shower and brilliant breakfast. Kate was lovely and a perfect host. Loads of bars and restaurants walkable and very good quality.
We really enjoyed our stay, bungalow was perfect for our extended family break. Our 9 year old loved the games room.
The little touches were very appreciated, i.e. washing up liquid, hand soap plenty of towels for everyone.
House itself was very clean and modern with lovely powerful shower. Being a large group we also appreciated the fact that the toilet was separate from the bathroom.
The surrounding area is in a very quiet residential street so great for unwinding after a full day out.

Very warm welcome with a pot of tea and some home-made scones (warm). Very clean and comfortable bedroom with opportunity to sit in a more comfortable room to read and relax. Very hospitable hosts. We had our own side entrance too.
Lovely, perfect hosts who made us feel extremely welcome and looked after. Delicious breakfast, spotlessly clean room with every effort made to make our stay comfortable and special. The location was also excellent. A perfect place to stay and enjoy our holiday, an absolute gem.

Kate was there to fulfil our every need. A lovely cup of tea on arrival with scones and jam it was a real home from home experience. Nothing was to much trouble and breakfast was fantastic. The house is in a great location in a lovely area. There is outstanding walking around half an hour’s drive away. Also several excellent restaurants within walking distance. The property owner could not have been more hospitable or kinder, and was also extremely helpful with ideas and tips for the best places to visit.
We were greeted with freshly baked scones on arrival. The breakfasts were superb with a great choice including vegetarian. Everything was spotlessly clean. We would not hesitate to recommend.
The room was amazing very clean so comfortable to stay. The host was so kind and very friendly. And gave us a healthy breakfast in the morning. The location very close to the beaches so many places to explore. Very good for relaxing. We had a great time indeed.
