Lovely annexe very clean comfortable and modern. Loved the location very near to Ripon and fountains Abbey. Very comfortable bed. Lots of wildlife to watch in opposite field.. would definitely recommend and rebook another visit.

Location was great and all the recommendations left by the Host were excellent. Such a beautiful little cottage just on the outskirts of Ripon. Great facilities, it had everything we needed and the location was beautiful! Highly recommend staying here and we would definitely return.
