The room was very smart, clean and spacious.
It is so close to the town centre so perfect for exploring the town or for those attending the convention centre (opposite).
The owners were welcoming and friendly.

The room was perfect. Very spacious, clean and good decor. The bathroom was huge! It had a powerful shower and massive bath with two sinks. The pantry in the bedroom gave you everything you needed for a one night stay, with a sink, kettle, cutlery etc. Nice touch on providing biscuits and milk etc. The hosts were on hand and replied quickly to my messages.
Situated on a quiet tree-lined street, Acorn Lodge Harrogate is a short walk to the town and offers free parking, rooms with flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi.

Great location, we stayed at Acorn Lodge while exhibiting at the Yorkshire Show which is only a 10 minute drive away.
Lots of rooms, bathrooms, plenty of space and so close to where we needed to go. A big ASDA only 3 minute drive away made life even easier. Everything we needed was provided including hangers and a hairdryer in the bedroom.

Comfortable twin bedroom in lovely village. Excellent breakfasts and wonderful welcoming and friendly hosts. Ideal location as a base to visit the many tourist sites in the Dales and surrounding area.

Excellent location for exploring the local area, lovely village , with beautiful old church ( can you spot the mouse ) , and by chance it was the village festival day , so there was lots happening on the village green . The bnb was spotless with an excellent cafe , first class food and staff . Brilliant room with a fantastic bath .
Staff were friendly and efficient, Steph the chef is first class. Coffee and cakes are the best. Location is good if you want quiet. A pub a few doors along looks very good but will try it next time.
Everything was just perfect - the cottage was spotlessly clean and very welcoming too with the lights on and some chocolates left for us which we loved. We adored the location- waking up to sheep every morning was idyllic. Juliet, the host, was exceptional and had let em know in advance about her massage service and I had two whilst I was there and both were 2 of the best I’ve ever had. Everything was tastefully decorated in the cottage and Juliet was super helpful with recommendations. We will definitely try to return.
What a cozy cottage it is. The Higgins family is extremely helpful and nice. Good location to explore The Yorkshire Dales. We would highly recommend this cottage. Should we visit the area again, we will definitely book this cottage again.
