Didn’t have breakfast as 50.00 for 2 seemed a little excessive and had a nice breakfast close to hotel for half the price.
The staff were very friendly professional and helpful particular the door men who helped with parking.
The room was huge for a city centre hotel and very comfortable with small details appreciated like Milton brown toiletries and Yorkshire shortbread fab bathroom too

Location great. Less than 10 min walk to inside the walls. Park on site around back which is a big bonus anywhere in the UK.
Room was a good size with comfortable bed.
Breakfast was cooked for you with good variety and very nice.
Bar only open between 4 to 8 but plenty of pubs in town.
Staff were excellent.

The appartment was well placed, within the city walls and easy walking distance form the station and all of the attractions we wanted to visit.
The instructions for accessing the appartment were clear and easy to follow, including self check-in. The appartment was very clean and the bed comfortable.

Loved its central but quiet location and how obliging and responsive Rosie the owner was. Thought the apartment was smart and well equipped with some thoughtful extra touches - certainly no sense of skimping.

Adele was the most welcoming host. A very cozy, comfortable and clean venue. Good choice at breakfast , beautifully cooked and presented.

You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
The breakfast materials provided were based on their normal routine of enough for the first night. There were some additional cereal packets. For the five night stay, based on genius 2 free breakfast, we had to supplement. However, the kitchen facilities were good.
The studio room was sufficient for our needs.
Location was good for York, Ripon, Knaresborough and Wakefield visiting.
Beautiful, cosy , clean, great location, chilled , everything that I needed for my working stay in the area. Fantastic communication with the host family in addition to the lovely bits that were left for me complimentary to eat and drink. This was a great personal touch
Easy location for walking the dog and accessing York. Quiet village location. The room was warm, and you are able to adjust the temperature, which was great when the temperature drops outside.
Welcoming, comfortable and very clean. Studio 3A had everything we needed. The village is peaceful, although conveniently near the A64. A great location giving us quick and easy access to York. The breakfast provisions left for us were just what we needed and the honesty box minibar system is a nice touch.
The property was so beautiful and had been converted to a high standard, but still keeping its character ideal location for York and surrounding areas.
