Lovely clean and comfortable house. Really nice little extras left for us like some sourdough bread, milk, butter, and water, as well as lots of cooking essentials, tea, and coffee. Really felt like a home from home - we loved it!

A really lovely, characterful and stylish place which is very well equipped with everything you could need. We were only in Hull for one night to visit the (excellent) Hearth restaurant which is within feet of the Spirit of Prince Street, but would gladly come back for a longer visit. Highly recommend if you're looking for somewhere with a lot more to offer than the generic chain hotels.

Everything. The room was superb and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded, which was a treat. Everything was top quality in the room and the location is perfect. The staff are particularly nice too. Breakfast was excellent too, stylish dining room and everything good. We loved it and will definitely use it again. Oh, yes, great parking too.

Very comfortable a home from home with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Brilliant location for a holiday or simply for work like ourselves.
Fantastic comfy beds I slept like a baby.
Fully modern kitchen with a co-op up the road to buy ingredients.
Rob was a good host and the place was great.
Everything about this property is high quality. From the building to the decoration and furnishing. It's spacious but cosy. Parking was easy. Access was easy. Hosts lovely and contactable. It felt very homely instead of the uncomfortable b&b cheaper feel of other places. The patio and enclosed garden was perfect for a potter too.
Very quiet location in a great part of the country the owners are particularly accommodating and helpful very clean and absolutely fantastic steak pie. Very reasonable prices will stay again.
Lovely location, so quiet and walks on doorstep. Brilliant pub and the food was delicious. We had a budget room which overlooked the marsh and towards the Humber bridge. Room was basic but clean and was more than suitable for our needs.
Friendly welcome in a perfect location just off the English Coastal Path. We really appreciated the excellent, early breakfast, which allowed us to set off promptly on a long leg the following day. The room was spotless and the distant view of the Humber Bridge, was an unexpected bonus. Thanks for a great stay.
