All of the staff was really welcoming and incredibly helpful all the way, 10 out of 10! The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the heating worked well. Everything was clean. Ample free parking and nice green surroundings. The hotel does not offer breakfast but there is a local cafe and there is also a shopping area nearby with a Costa and an M&S cafe offering great breakfast / lunch. I didnt try to local cafe as it opened a bit too late for me.

Nice location & caters for disabled. I had a lovely ground floor room with plenty of space. The view was very pleasant & saw a lot of rabbits hopping around in the evenings. Room very clean & comfortable.
The breakfast was really nice & good variety.
This is, I think it's fair to say, a no-thrills but 'could be quite special' hotel. It's stuck in the 1970's a little in terms of rooms but in all honesty, I had an amazing nights sleep and quality of food at breakfast was great, there was loads of free, safe parking spaces and the bar was pretty decent too and actually cheaper than the pub down the road! Staff were all very good: housekeeping was spotless, receptionist lady very friendly and the football obsessed barman very friendly and welcoming too.
The Hotel/Confrence Centre is in a lovely location with forest near by if you want to go for a walk/exercise. The whole place is very clean and the staff are helpfull. The breakfast which was included in the price was good and our evening bar meal was excellent, even better infact than the Itallian that we went out to the night before.
wonderful semi-rural location so very quiet and peaceful, room spotless and well designed with some original features giving it character, very wonderful staff, with nice breakfast. Great value for money
John and Amanda were very welcoming and friendly. The room (no. 4) was spacious and comfortable. The selection of breakfast was excellent and we didn't need another meal until the evening. The location was ideal just 1 mile off J2 of the M42.
