Dean Clough Lodge - Contemporary self contained studio, hotel in Balderstone

Dean Clough Lodge - Contemporary self contained studio is situated in Wilpshire, 36 km from Reebok Stadium, 38 km from Heaton Park, and 44 km from Manchester Arena.

it is convenient for our purpose and comfortable and pleasant enough. Other than that the cottage is not that inspiring and I wouldn't discribe it as having a lovely atmosphere. There are some nice walks along the River Ribble a short drive away.

Ribble Heights - Countryside Holiday Lodge, Longridge, hotel in Balderstone

Located in Longridge, Ribble Heights - Countryside Holiday Lodge, Longridge provides accommodation with a heated pool, a patio and lake views.

The whole experience of staying at Ribble Heights Holiday Lodge was absolutely perfect. Upon booking we quickly received an email from the host with information about how we would be able to access the lodge. The day before our stay the host sent us videos about how to navigate the twists and turns if the park leading to our particular lodge. For someone like me, who had a terrible sense of direction, this was brilliant as it enabled us to find the lodge on the first attempt. The instructions about how to access the lodge were also really clear. The Lodge itself was absolutely beautiful. Decorated so nicely... definitely a home from home feel. The entire lodge was absolutely spotless and all bedding and towels were included. The area around the lodge is very peaceful, with beautiful views. We were lucky enough to have brilliant weather so it was lovely to sit out on the balcony at all times of day and evening. We stayed at the Lodge for two nights as a couple however this would be more than suitable for a family. There is plenty of space and plenty of storage space as well. Everything you could need was avaliable. The appliances were all of a high quality and well looked after. My partner and I travel a lot and use various properties/air b&b's. I can honestly say that this was the best property we have stayed in. The host has thought of absolutely everything. For me personally, one thing I really liked was that cleaning products were left avaliable. If you're staying for more than a couple of days, this is perfect to keep the place fresh. Thank you... we loved it!

Location really quiet with freedom to walk in fields. The narrow lane to the property can cause issues when meeting oncoming vehicles ! But that is the beauty of the property being in a peaceful situation.

Very friendly staff, who were really helpful and couldn't do enough to help despite us arriving late in the evening after a wedding. The room was spotless and had everything we needed including a coffee machine and a smart tv. The bed was super comfy. Despite being above a pub the room was so quiet and we had a good sleep. Great place to stay, and will stay again if ever in the area. Thank you!

The breakfast was fair, could have had a few more cereal options and needed replenishment. The water heater ran out of water twice. The location was great for visiting relatives.

Location was ideal. The pub is a drinking pub with no food served. There is, however a pleasant breakfast room with self serviced continental breakfast, toast, cereal, fruit and yoghurt.

I really liked how cheap this hotel was. Due to how cheap it was I wasnt expecting everything to be perfect but it exceeded my expecations. The man running the place as very friendly, there was a mix up with booking.com but he accomodated me really nicely. The room was clean and there was lots of extras provided in the room. I would hightly recommend.
