Excellent location. Quiet and rural. A selection of eateries within a short drive. Hosts were welcoming and accommodating Cooking an early breakfast so that we could attend our event on time. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and bright. Bed really comfy.

lovely extra touches made us feel very welcome. quite busy road at front but the bedrooms at the back so very quiet and no problems with any noise throughout the apartment.

Beautiful area, staff faultless, lots of seating areas and didn’t get to do a wine tasting but looked very nice. Breakfast was lovely except the mushroom as it had been grilled so was dry and a little bit crispy. But didn’t ruin my breakfast, fresh orange juice. Breakfast till 11.am which is a lovely option but checkout at 10.am think they need to look at that.

Staff were superb. Really friendly and welcoming. We greatly enjoyed the garden tour and the Michelin star dinner. We came mainly for the gardens and were not let down.

Absolutely loved my stay on the 20/9. I stayed with me niece and nephew and they were over the moon with the change of scene we needed. A bonus we got to see deer running around it the morning. Rebecca was really helpful with any questions I had and easy to talk to. Only down side was having to leave, should definitely had booked an extra night!

The hotel was very close to Gatwick and perfect for our layover between flights. The staff were helpful and booked our taxi for the next morning. An easy walk to the local supermarket.

Helpful Gemma sorted out everything I needed to know. Very high end fittings and fixtures - thank you, much appreciated. You can walk down a path and visit the resident deer in the park, who are very curious and tame, and there were several appealing bambi-type fauns!
beautiful remote and tranquil location very peaceful. not sure if I would like to be staying there when a wedding is on and not be part of the wedding group. a very high standard of finish throughout.
