Very clean well presented studio apartment to a high standard. I only stayed for one night but the amenities would have provided a comfortable longer stay. I met the hosts at the property who were very warm and welcoming. i would definitely book again.

Location - Very ideal if you are visiting Marleybrook House Wedding Venue.
Access - Parking spot available, access to keys very easy and greeted on site by property owner
Host - Replies asap, and helps when needed cant fault him at all :)
Comfort / cleanliness - Was pristine and appreciate the tea and coffee in the venue.

Staff on reception were exceptional, apologies names escape me (French Lady and a Gentleman). Both extremely helpful and pleasant and very efficient as an exodus of folk arrived which they dealt with impressively and swiftly. Hotel was well presented and location is awesome for Brands Hatch. Thanks again to reception and bar staff for making it a very pleasant stay.
The room was clean, the food was great and the staff were friendly. The location was ideal for us and I'll look forward to staying again in the future.
Hotel location was ideal for the Brands Hatch Race way. Menu was limited, burger and chips etc. Hotel generally needed looked like it could do with a refurb, the fixtures and fittings looked worn. Carpets in rooms were stained and needed cleaning
The garden was very good for our dog. The house was warm and comfortable. The house was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was good as we were visiting family nearby.
As my wife is disabled the location of the room was ideal, close to the reception and restraunt. The hotel is an great location for a visit to Brands Hatch
